About the Role: As a host/hostess, you will be the face of The Broadcaster, welcoming guests and ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. Your role is crucial in managing reservations, seating guests efficiently, and handling any inquiries or issues with professionalism and a positive attitude. Experience with Seven Rooms is a plus, as it will help you manage our multi-entranced restaurant seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities of our host/hostess:
- Engage with guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage reservations and seating using Seven Rooms
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized host area
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, multi-floored restaurant
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure
- Experience with Seven Rooms or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- A friendly, approachable demeanour and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
