Bar Manager

Situated in the heart of White City, The Broadcaster is a dynamic venue with four floors including a stunning rooftop terrace. As a contemporary pub and dining room, we are dedicated to serving both modern and timeless pub classics, accompanied by warm service.

We are looking for a Bar Manager who loves leading service and events, developing large teams and has the skills to manage their independent duties. With excellent product knowledge, an eye for detail and a passion for service you will lead the team in providing an enjoyable and exceptional experience to all our guests.

The Role:

• Strategic Stock Management: Utilise your analytical skills to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimise waste, and maximise profitability across all bars.
• Team Empowerment: Serve as a mentor and teacher, empowering your team with the knowledge and skills they need to deliver exceptional service and elevate the guest experience.
• Passion for Hospitality: With a genuine love for food, wine, spirits, and beers, infuse your bars with a curiosity to expand their knowledge, creating immersive experiences for our guests.
• Dynamic Leadership: Lead by example, inspiring and engaging your team to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

What a successful Bar Manager looks like:

• Minimum of 2 years experience leading a team in a high-volume, multi-disciplinary space.
• Experience planning, organising and running events
• Highly organised with a creative and analytical spirit.
• A genuine passion for food, wine, spirits, and beers, coupled with a love for storytelling.
• Dynamic, engaging, and guest-focused, with a drive to create unforgettable experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
