Marketing Executive
Champneys Head Office
Contract: Full Time
Salary: between £28,000 and £30,000 dependent on experience
We are looking for a creative, organised and digitally confident Marketing Communications Executive to join the Champneys marketing team.
Working closely with the marketing managers and colleagues across the wider marketing team, you will help bring the Champneys brand to life across our owned communications – from our websites and email campaigns to guest communications and creative assets.
This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who already has some experience within a marketing team and is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll combine strong copywriting and visual judgement with the practical skills needed to build, publish and report on marketing communications.
You won't be responsible for managing the Champneys website or specialist channels such as SEO, PPC, PR or social media. Instead, you'll work alongside and support the colleagues responsible for these areas, ensuring that our content is accurate, engaging, on-brand and beautifully presented wherever our guests encounter it.

- Carry out quality assurance checks before and after publishing, including copy, imagery, links and presentation.
- Work closely with the wider marketing and digital teams on campaign and content updates.
This is a website publishing and content role rather than responsibility for the management, development or technical performance of the Champneys website.
EMAIL MARKETING & GUEST COMMUNICATIONS
- Build and schedule marketing emails using the Champneys CRM and email marketing platform.
- Create and update guest communications across the customer journey, including pre-arrival, post-stay and other automated communications.

- Support the planning and delivery of photography and video shoots, including preparation, shot lists, coordination and on-the-day assistance where required.
- Help source existing imagery in response to briefs from marketing colleagues and other departments.
- Create and adapt straightforward marketing assets using Canva, Photoshop and other tools, working within Champneys brand guidelines and established templates.
- Work with internal and external creative specialists where more complex design or production is required.
CAMPAIGN DELIVERY & REPORTING
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across Champneys' owned channels.
- Coordinate content and assets to ensure campaigns are delivered consistently across web, email and guest communications.
- Monitor and report on campaign and communication performance using relevant analytics and CRM reporting tools.
- Help identify useful insights and opportunities to improve future communications.
- Maintain accurate campaign records and support regular marketing reporting.
COLLABORATION
Build strong working relationships with marketing colleagues and teams across Champneys' resorts, hotels, spa boutiques and wider business.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information, imagery and content required for campaigns and communications.
Manage multiple briefs and deadlines, keeping colleagues informed of progress and highlighting issues early.
Work collaboratively with specialist colleagues and agencies across digital, creative and other marketing disciplines.
Act as a champion of the Champneys brand, helping ensure our communications remain consistent in tone, style and quality.
