The Role
As Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day shift operation across our F&B outlets, ensuring high service standards, strong guest satisfaction and smooth operational delivery.
You’ll be present, proactive and people‑focused – supporting colleagues during busy periods, resolving issues in the moment and working closely with senior leaders to drive consistency and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and overseeing F&B service during your shift
- Being a visible presence on the floor, coaching and supporting teams
- Ensuring outlets are fully prepared to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue
- Responding confidently to guest feedback and resolving escalated concerns
- Supporting daily briefings and delivering short service or training moments
- Completing outlet checks and audits to maintain presentation and standards
- Ensuring guest‑facing areas are clean, safe and welcoming at all times
- Supporting rota cover and adjusting resources as business needs change
- Assisting senior managers with stock control, ordering and system updates
- Leading on food safety, allergen awareness and health & safety during shifts
- Acting as a calm point of leadership during peak service times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a food & beverage or hospitality supervisory role
- A confident communicator who enjoys being on the floor with their team
- Strong service standards and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm, organised and solutions‑focused in busy environments
- Passion for guest experience and positive team culture
- Interest in developing broader operational and leadership skills
- Experience with hospitality systems is useful, but full training will be provided
