Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

The role of Assistant Restaurant Manager is one that is the support mechanism to our Restaurant Manager, you will deputise in their absence, you will manage your team and inspire them to deliver a great service.

Our Assistant Restaurant Manager is the go-to for our Food & Beverage (F&B) Team, they will come to you for guidance and reassurance, you will be on hand to do just that. They will look to you for exceptional service and will enjoy learning from your experience.

In your role of Assistant Restaurant Manager some of some of your responsibilities include:

• Have a full understanding of all menu items. Full training and tastings are provided, we want you to be successful in your role, we will furnish you with the tools to do a great job.
• Have an excellent knowledge of the preparation and content of all dishes on the restaurant menu and be able to advise guest when they are ordering, taking care to note special requests.
• Assisting in the day to day running the department and deputising in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Be you and let your personality shine, our F&B team have great exposure to our guests, and they love to hear your recommendations.
• Be adaptable: we deal with many changes each day, this maybe a dietary requirement, table change or indeed any general query about their stay, we are here for every guest every time.
