Digital Executive

The Digital Executive will assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including its Club and Fitness brand presence. A key aspect of this role is integrating fitness and club services into central marketing efforts, driving website traffic, generating leads through innovative digital campaigns, and maintaining Champneys' Wellbeing Retreat web pages. Alongside this, the role will assist in developing and maintaining other web pages as required, ensuring all pages are search engine optimised and accurate.

Some duties and responsibilities of the Digital Executive include:

• Managing of the website and third-party sites, together with the marketing executives, updating content and creating new promotions, with particular focus on club, fitness and retreat pages.
• Work closely with the Head of Digital, eCommerce Executive and all parties to create a strong ecommerce plan to support the key areas. Look at ways to drive high converting traffic to the website through innovative, creative and commercially effective marketing strategies across all digital channels.
• Support the development and implementation of a yearly marketing plan for key Champneys areas: Resorts, Hotels, City Spas, Club Membership and College.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing across a wide range of acquisition channels and have strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, including analytics and campaign management platforms.
