The Spa Assistant at Champneys plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment, assisting therapists and front-of-house teams, and ensuring all spa facilities are clean, stocked, and guest-ready always.

The roles and responsibilities of a Spa Assistant include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service which exceeds guest expectations.
• Assisting the Front of House team with processing enhancements, forms, payments.
• Helping to ensure all areas of the Spa Department are kept to exceptional standards.
