Key Responsibilities
• Take delivery of goods inwards/outwards. Check all deliveries for accuracy of quantity and damage.
• Ensure checks to verify stock levels for re-ordering.
• Assist in internal and external stock takes.
• Maintain delivery records with in purchasing software.
• Ensure requisition of stock to departments is correctly accounted for.
• Deliver and collect stock and goods to and from departments.
• Report any discrepancies with deliveries or stock.
• Maintain and ensure security of goods and stock on site.
• Keep stores and service clean, tidy and ordered.
• Ensure Health & Safety requirements are adhered to at all time
• Any other reasonable request as required from time to time.
Key Skills, Qualities & Experience
• Experience working in a similar role.
• A knowledge of good practice relating to Health and Safety Regulations
• Methodical and organised and able to work on own initiative.
