What You'll Be Doing Behind the Bar

• Serving up a great range of drinks - from classic cocktails to local beers and wines with confidence and care
• Making every guest feel welcome with friendly, knowledgeable service
• Keeping the bar clean, organised, and running smoothly throughout your shift
• Keeping an eye on stock and topping up supplies when needed
• Using the till, handling payments, and making sure cash is managed properly
• Encouraging responsible drinking while still helping guests have a great time
• Working closely with the rest of the team to keep everything ticking along nicely
